Bookkeeping has always been a passion of mine. Having a perfectionist personality along with strong organizational skills and a love for crunching numbers, I pursued bookkeeping to help individuals, families and small businesses on their journey towards financial success and independence.

Coming from an immigrant family, being a first generation Canadian and a woman in the corporate world, my path was not without its share of challenges. I encountered hurdles such as the lack of recognition, mentorship, financial support, and opportunities for advancement. It became evident that the corporate world wasn’t fully harnessing my potential or engaging me at an intellectual level. Thus, my decision to embark on the entrepreneurial journey by starting my own business from home, creating AVG Financial.
